1)What if the hotel doesn’t run successfully?
There are two major reasons this may not happen:
a) the hotel will be run by the seasoned hotelier Hitesh Agarwal with 30 years of experience in this field
b)The capital cost for this hotel is 40% less as compared to competitors, which allows us to offer better & bigger rooms to customers at much lesser tariff than competition.
2)What happens if they are still unable to run the hotel successfully?
a)The lease agreement binds us to pay you rent for minimum 6 years as that is the lock-in period
b)You get your property back. You can either use it or sell it as per your requirement.
EXIT OPTIONS
With us exiting the investment is as easy as entering it. As investors the ownership of the property remains with you. And so, you have the right to exit this investment after the lock-in period. You can choose to
• Sell the property on your own
• Avail our services to sell it
